The company currently operates out of five regional offices across South and Central England and employs a diverse range of talented and enthusiastic geoscientists typically from backgrounds in Geology, Engineering and Environmental Science.

The senior staff comprise Chartered Geologists, Engineers, and Environmental Scientists as well as Registered Ground Engineering Professionals (RoGEP). Staff also include Specialists in Land Condition (SiLC), Suitably Qualified Persons (SQP) accredited under the National Quality Mark Scheme (NQMS) and Qualified Persons under the CL:AiRE Definition of Waste Code of Practice (DoWCoP). LEAP and its employees are active members of AGS and SoBRA and GSL and participate in many of the current industry developments as well as being regular contributors to industry conferences and seminars.
