LEAP was founded in 2008 and has grown rapidly to become a leading geo-environmental and geotechnical consultancy serving the private and public sectors.
The company currently operates out of 3 regional offices, delivering our services primarily across South and Central England and employs a diverse range of talented and enthusiastic geoscientists typically from backgrounds in Geology, Engineering and Environmental Science.

LEAP regional offices are managed by entrepreneurial engineers who combine technical expertise in their field with acute commercial awareness.
The company is committed to developing its professional staff through accredited training schemes, structured learning and in-house mentoring. LEAP is also a keen supporter of local and national STEM projects and has close links with a number of colleges and universities.
The senior staff comprise Chartered Geologists, Engineers, and Environmental Scientists as well as Registered Ground Engineering Professionals (RoGEP). Staff also include Specialists in Land Condition (SiLC), Suitably Qualified Persons (SQP) accredited under the National Quality Mark Scheme (NQMS) and Qualified Persons under the CL:AiRE Definition of Waste Code of Practice (DoWCoP). LEAP and its employees are active members of AGS and SoBRA and GSL and participate in many of the current industry developments as well as being regular contributors to industry conferences and seminars.
