As the construction industry languishes behind with only 13% women in the workforce, here at LEAP we employ 45% women with a 50/50 male to female split on the Board of Directors and 38% of technical roles occupied by women. We have zero pay gap across the salary grades and a positive (2%) pay gap in favour of women.
